To be held on the weekend of TBA, we’re expecting a competitive turnout of nearly 50 championship teams. Attracting thousands, Up in Smoke on the Square will once again be teaming with the Pigs and Swigs Festival. 

Up in Smoke on the Square is the second highest Illinois payout with a total purse of $15,000 awarded as such:

• $3,000 awarded to the Grand Champion
• $1,500 to the Reserve Grand Champion
• $1500 to the top 10 teams in each category—Beef Brisket, Pork Shoulder, Chicken, and Ribs

Submit your team’s registration for all four KCBS categories—judged by 100% Certified KCBS Judges—by completing and returning your application form today. 

BONUS: Registering for the competition will also gain you admittance to the Friday night Cooks Dinner catered by Guzzardos. (Just the meal on Friday night makes it worth attending!)
